Protection of Personal Data
The purpose of personal data protection legislation is to guarantee and protect, with regard to the processing of personal data, the public freedoms and fundamental rights of natural persons and especially their honour and personal and family privacy.
Measures to ensure this protection include the rights that any individual may exercise in relation to the processing of his or her personal data: opposition, access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and challenge of any decision based on automated data processing.

How can I exercise my rights at the RACC?
To send us your request, please follow the steps below:
1) Send us a letter with your request or use the forms that you can find in the link above.
2) Send it to us together with a photocopy of your ID card (passport or residence card) to the following address:

3) Once we have received the request and the corresponding accreditation, we will deal with your request within the deadlines established by Law. Please note that requests for data deletion cannot be processed when there are products and/or services in force.
